A faster, better way to build a control panel.
Podium Automation turned to Zypsy to create a brand that would help them stand out from legacy competitors while communicating that they were a serious control panel designer and builder.
The Challenge
Podium had to show customers that it wasn’t just an upstart in the space, but had the hard-won expertise to build excellent control panels.

The INSIGHT
Credibility in the space started with showcasing
high-quality builds and then following through
with software-enabled innovation.
Taking inspiration from electrical schematics, Zypsy created a design system off the real stars of the show:
the control panels themselves.

THE APPROACH
The Zypsy team physically visited Podium’s office and manufacturing space, nestled in the bustling Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. We were immediately impressed with Podium’s attention to detail as well as its powerful software-enabled design and build process. Utilizing 3D drawings of Podium’s control panels and a co-creative approach, Zypsy created a system that could grow along with the company.

EYE-CATCHING
Knowing that Podium would need to create a lot of physical and printed materials, Zypsy advised on an eye-catching but functional color palette that would be simple to implement.
