The logo is rarely what's broken
When a growth-stage founder calls us about a rebrand, the problem is usually the story. Sales describes the company one way, the website another, the product a third. A new enterprise buyer can't work out what the company does from the homepage. The pitch for the next round is bigger than the brand behind it.
So we start with strategy: what the company is, who it's for and why it wins, written in words the whole team can repeat. The identity comes after that, and it has a job to do. Then we carry it into the website, the product, the deck and recruiting. A brand that stops at a guidelines PDF doesn't change much. If you're still deciding whether it's time, we wrote about that in when to rebrand a startup as you scale.
Two examples
Solo.io was already a leader in service mesh when it came to us in 2024, but its brand hadn't kept up with the company. We had until KubeCon North America to rebuild it. We shipped a new identity and a 31-page site on that deadline, migrating 512 CMS items and setting up 718 redirects so nothing broke. Then we audited the product and built a design system so the product matched the new brand. We still work together.
Cortex came to us as an early-stage developer tools startup that needed to look like the enterprise company it was becoming. We repositioned the brand, rebuilt the site architecture and carried the brand into the product. Webflow featured the rebrand. During our time together Cortex raised a $35M Series B and a $60M Series C.

How we work
We take on one new client a month, so the senior people who scope the work are the ones doing it. Because we also design and build product, the brand doesn't stop at the website. And through Zypsy Capital we invest in some of the founders we work with.
